Does anyone here know anything about the oral medication Metformin?  WIkipedia says that it used for most Type 2 diabetics, but can also be used with others who had insulin resistance issues.

 

I do. 

 

I'm wondering if it's something that I should ask my doctor about?  I am asking him tons of questions about different types of meds all the time and sometimes I feel like I'm really bugging him.  haha.

 

Any experience with it?  Please help.
